- 30 days or More - Booking Amount is Non Refundable
- 11 to 29 days - the cancellation charges will be 60% of the tour cost.
- Less than 10 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Important Points:-
- In Corporate cities (such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat) hotel rooms tend to be smaller in size compared to those in leisure destinations
- In temples of Gujarat - Please avoid wearing shorts/half pant clothes (for both men and women) while visiting religious places to not hurt anyone-s sentiment.
- The rental period and mileage are calculated from our garage to garage.
- For safety reasons, the vehicle will not exceed a speed of 80 km/hr under any circumstances.
- AC will not remain ON in a parked vehicle or non-running vehicle.
- Approx 12 Hours/Per Day Of Driver Duty.
- Last Raw of seat would not be pushback in any vehicle.
- Night Driving Not Available in Trip.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all passengers. Clients may request the driver to stop at convenient locations as needed, and the driver will accommodate these requests to the best of their ability.

- Akshar Dham Temple in Gandhinagar remain closed on every Mondays. Therefore, plan your date accordingly.
- Statue of Unity and all other sightseeing’s in Kevadia remain closed on every Mondays. Therefore, plan your dates accordingly.
- Gir Jungle Safari remain closed from June to September every year during Monsoon.
- Devalia Park at Sasangir remains closed on every Wednesday.
- Laxmi Villas Palace at Vadodara remains closed on every Monday and Public Holidays.
- Place like Kirti Mandir at Porbandar, Kalo Dungar & Mata No Madh at Kutch, Pavagadh Temple and Temples at Junagadh, guest have to use local transportation to reach the destination as our vehicle is allowed till Parking only at these destinations.
- Ropeway Tickets for Girnar should be pre-booked a day prior to the visit to the destination.

However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the Company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy's decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold company liable for the same.
