DAY 1 – ARRIVAL ALMATY

DAY 2 City tour + Kok Tobe (by cable car)

During the excursion, you will learn about the history and development of the southern capital of Kazakhstan and visit its main
attractions, including:

After the city tour, transfer to the Kok-Tobe cable car station.
Ascend to Kok-Tobe Hill by cable car — one of the best panoramic viewpoints in Almaty.

DAY 4: Charyn Canyon + Kolsay Lake

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before departing at 08:00 a.m. for an unforgettable nature tour.
Charyn Canyon
Explore the stunning Charyn Canyon, located within the Charyn National Park—established in 2004 to protect unique geological
formations and rare wildlife, many species of which are listed in the Red Book of endangered animals.
Visit the Sarytogai natural boundary, where ancient protected forests grow, including the rare Sogdian ash trees dating back to the
Paleogene epoch. This unique aspen grove is a natural monument under UNESCO protection and is estimated to be about 5 million
years old.
Kolsay Lakes
Continue your journey to the beautiful Kolsay Lakes, a series of three alpine lakes located approximately 300 km from Almaty in the
Kungey Alatau mountains.
The most accessible and popular is the Lower Lake, situated at 1800 meters above sea level, stretching 2 km in length and 800
meters in width. The pristine lakes are considered among the most picturesque natural spots in Kazakhstan.
Return to Almaty in the evening for overnight at your hotel.
DAY 5 –Alma Arasan Gorge + Shopping

- Within 30 Days from Date of Departure: 75% of Full Tour Cost or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- 15 Days from Date of Departure: 100% of Full Tour Cost

- All Hotels and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
- Any increase in airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airline for ticket are subject to change
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty and rerouting charges (as applicable) will be charged.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passenger

- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
- All the clients traveling on a Holiday tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the Company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy's decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold company liable for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from company
