Day 1 – 9th May: Gwalior to Bhimtal (Arrival Day)
On 9th May, the journey begins early from Gwalior as you depart by road towards the serene hill destination of Bhimtal. The drive takes you through scenic highways, plains, and gradually rising landscapes of Uttarakhand. During the journey, breakfast and lunch will be enjoyed en route as per your own arrangements, allowing you to experience local stops along the way. By evening, you arrive in Bhimtal and check in at Hotel Maya Regency, a comfortable stay near the lake. After a long and refreshing journey, the evening is reserved for relaxation followed by dinner at the hotel. The day concludes with a peaceful overnight stay in Bhimtal.
Day 2 – 10th May: Bhimtal Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel, head for local sightseeing in Bhimtal.
On 10th May, after a refreshing breakfast at the hotel, the day is dedicated to exploring the natural beauty and peaceful surroundings of Bhimtal. You will begin local sightseeing with a visit to the scenic Bhimtal Lake, known for its calm waters and serene views, followed by the unique Bhimtal Island Aquarium located on an island in the middle of the lake. The journey continues towards the surrounding natural gems of Sattal, a cluster of seven interconnected lakes surrounded by dense forests, and Naukuchiatal, a tranquil nine-cornered lake known for its peaceful atmosphere and adventure activities. After a full day of sightseeing and enjoying the mountain scenery, you will return to the hotel in the evening. The day ends with a relaxing dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay in Bhimtal.
Day 3 – 11th May: Nainital Excursion
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed for a full-day excursion to the beautiful hill station of Nainital. The day unfolds with visits to some of its most iconic attractions, starting with the serene Naini Lake, where the calm waters and surrounding hills create a picture-perfect setting. You will then visit the revered Naina Devi Temple, an important spiritual site located near the lake. The journey continues towards the famous Snow View Point, offering panoramic views of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks. Later, you can enjoy leisure time exploring Mall Road and the local markets, known for shopping, cafés, and vibrant hill station vibes. By evening, you will return back to Bhimtal, followed by a comfortable dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay.
Day 4 – 12th May: Return to Gwalior
After breakfast, check out from hotel.
On 12th May, after breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and begin your return journey from the peaceful hills of Bhimtal back to Gwalior. The drive takes you once again through the scenic mountain roads, gradually transitioning from the calm Himalayan surroundings to the plains. Lunch will be taken en route as per your own arrangement during the journey. By evening, you will arrive in Gwalior, marking the successful completion of a refreshing and memorable hill tour filled with nature, lakes, and relaxation.
