Day Wise Itinerary-

1st Day (Sun 3rd May) : Haridwar to Barkot - Transfer

Approx Distance: 215 Km • Est. Travel Time: 7 hrs

Morning after breakfast drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Check in Hotel. O/N Barkot.

2nd Day (Mon 4th May) : Barkot - Yamunotri Day visit

Approx Distance: 50 Km

Morning after breakfast drive to JankiChatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (5kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arrival Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila, after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warn water and having "Darshan" of pious "Yamunaji" returning to Jankichatti. Later drive back to Barkot. O/N Barkot. Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River.

Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.

Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows intonumerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.

Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple . Yamunotri- Yamunotri is situated in the western region of the Garhwal Himalayas and is at a height of 3,235 meters above sea level. Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna.The shrine of Yamunotri is located on the Bandar Poonch peak.

3rd Day (Tue 5th May) : Barkot to Uttarkashi - Transfer & Halfday SightSeeing

Approx Distance: 82 Km • Est. Travel Time: 4 hrs

Morning after breakfast drive to Uttarkash. En-route visit Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival Uttarkashi check in Hotel, Later visit Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi hotel. Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.

4th Day (Wed 6th May) : Uttarkashi - Gangotri Day Visit

Morning after breakfast proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. On arrival Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. After Gangotri Darshan & Pooja drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi hotel. Gangotri- Gangotri is the place high in the Garhwal Himalayas from where the holy Ganges originates. According to the legend, it was here the Ganga descended on the earth, when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from the locks of his hair. The temple of Gangotri, dedicated to Goddess Ganga stands on the bank of the river.

5th Day (Thu 7th May) : Uttarkashi to Guptkashi - Transfer & Guptkashi Sitapur

Approx Distance: 240 Km • Est. Travel Time: 8 hrs

Early morning, after breakfast drive to Guptkashi/Sitapur. Check in Hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Camp/Hotel.

6th Day (Fri 8th May) : Guptkashi to Start Trek from Gaurikund -Kedarnath - Kedarnath Trek

By Helicopter Morning our driver will transfer you to your pre booked Helipad. After Back our car will Drop to you at Hotel for rest. (Note: helicopter ticket is not included in this package) By Trek: Though it is difficult to go up and down from Sonprayag on the same day by trek. But it can be done if you take ponies or helicopter while going to Kedarnath. Do coordinate well with driver, as due to parking issue driver cannot stay at Sonprayag also network issue is also there.

7th Day (Sat 9th May) : Kedarnath to Guptkashi - Transfer & Local SightSeeing

Approx Distance: 35 Km

16 km TREAKING :- After breakfast drive to Guptkashi/Sitapur enroute visit Check in Hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Camp/Hotel.

8th Day (Sun 10th May) : Guptkashi to Badrinath - Transfer

Approx Distance: 207 Km • Est. Travel Time: 6 hrs

After breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Badrinath .

9th Day (Mon 11th May) : Badrinath to Rudrapryag - Transfer & Halfday SightSeeing

Approx Distance: 140 Km • Est. Travel Time: 6 hrs

Early morning after breakfast, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakamal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the 3 kms of Badrinath ji. Later drive to Pipalkoti/Rudraprayag. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel. Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple. Narad Kund: A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was recovered. Mata Murty Temple: Devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinathji. Other important temples include SeshNetra Temple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet. Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers. Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

10th Day (Tue 12th May) : Drop To - Haridwar

After breakfast , Check -out from hotel , Drive to Haridwar , Tour end with sweet memories. Patanjali , SIDCUL is not included in sight seen

50% balance 30 Days prior of check in date

Cancellation Policies: -

1. If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the check in date 85% Refund. ( Bank transaction and Convenience fee will be applicable )
2. If cancellation is made within 15-29 days of check in then 75% of total booking.
3. In cancellation is made under 15 days of check inn. No refund
   
4. Group booking cancellation will be checked at the time of booking confirmation.

Lift/Elevator Note:

Guests are kindly requested to inform any specific requirements, such as lift/elevator facilities, at the time of quotation and confirmation, as some hotels especially in hill or remote areas may have limited facilities due to location constraints.

Important Notes for Chardham yatra - 

1.Registration is Mandatory For Chardham Yatra to be done by guest govt. Guidelines

3.     Rates are Valid for 03 Days from the Date of Quotation. Kindly reconfirm the rates before confirmation with Client.

4.     There is no Star Category in Chardham Sector Do not Expect Luxuy in dham Sector

5.     Kindly check respective hotel website for photo and amenities

6.     Chardham Hotel serves only vegetarian food with limited selected menu. Alcohol is not allowed due to religious destination.

7.     A lot of construction is going on in Chardham Sector so kindly cooperate in case any delay in travel time.

8.     Vehicle will work from 07 AM to 07 PM Only.So kindly follow drivers instructions for smooth travelling.

9.     We can not guarantee Helicopter shuttle ticket from Phata/ Sirsi / Guptkashi to Kedarnath.

10.  In Kedarnath very basic dharamshala type sharing bed accomodation is provided. Accomodation triple / Quad / Six Share.

11.  There is no availability of Geysers and Heaters in Kedarnath Dharamshala

12.  In Kedarnath Hotel water is provided in Bucket on request and is chargable at Rs 100 to 150 per bucket payable directly

13.  In Kerarnath hotel you have to bring your own towel as hotel dont provide house keeping services.

14.  Keadrnath Hotel once booked and confirmed is strictly non refundable as they Non Refundable Policy.

15.  Rooms and rates are Subject to Change at the time of final confirmation.

·       Vehicle will not be available after 20:00 hrs in case extra charges are not paid for disposable usage or not mentioned in itinerary. - Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.

·       We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

·       In Chardham, The facilities of Hotel, -Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Chardham are categorized on the basis of location,

·       Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

·       We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

·       Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.

·       No discount will be provided after confirmation.

·       No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.

·       Refund of against cancellation of hotel as per hotel rules.

·       No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as acts of God, bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to wh not reach the destination and which is beyond our control. It will be entirely at the risk and cost of the customer. How ever we will try our best to help you.
