Day Wise Itinerary-

Day 1 | Friday, 08 May 2026 | Gwalior ➝ Haridwar

Your sacred Char Dham Yatra begins with an early morning departure from Gwalior by a comfortable Urbania vehicle, heading towards Haridwar. Upon arrival in the evening, check into your hotel and relax. If time permits, visit Har Ki Pauri to witness the divine Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2 | Saturday, 09 May 2026 | Haridwar ➝ Barkot

After breakfast, drive towards Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie, enjoying scenic views en route. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 3 | Sunday, 10 May 2026 | Barkot ➝ Yamunotri ➝ Barkot

After breakfast, proceed to Janki Chatti and begin your trek to Yamunotri Temple (by walk/pony/doli at own cost). Take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund, visit Surya Kund and Divya Shila, and perform darshan at the temple before returning to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 4 | Monday, 11 May 2026 | Barkot ➝ Uttarkashi

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. En route, visit Prakateshwar Mahadev Cave. Later, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5 | Tuesday, 12 May 2026 | Uttarkashi ➝ Gangotri ➝ Uttarkashi

After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Gangotri Temple via the scenic Harsil Valley. After darshan and holy dip, return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay.

Day 6 | Wednesday, 13 May 2026 | Uttarkashi ➝ Guptkashi

After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. This day is kept light to prepare for the Kedarnath visit. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 7 | Thursday, 14 May 2026 | Guptkashi ➝ Kedarnath (By Helicopter)

Today, you will be transferred to the helipad for your helicopter ride to Kedarnath Temple. Upon arrival, proceed for darshan and pooja at the temple. After darshan, check into your pre-booked accommodation in Kedarnath and spend the evening soaking in the spiritual atmosphere of the Himalayas. Helicopter tickets are included in the package. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day 8 | Friday, 15 May 2026 | Kedarnath ➝ Guptkashi (By Helicopter)

Early morning, you may attend the Abhishek or morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple. Later, return by helicopter to Guptkashi. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax after the divine experience. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 9 | Saturday, 16 May 2026 | Guptkashi ➝ Badrinath

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 10 | Sunday, 17 May 2026 | Badrinath ➝ Rudraprayag

Early morning, take a holy dip at Tapt Kund and visit Badrinath Temple. Later, explore Mana Village, Bhim Pul, and Vyas Gufa. Post sightseeing, drive to Rudraprayag and check in. Overnight stay.

Day 11 | Monday, 18 May 2026 | Rudraprayag ➝ Rishikesh

After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh. Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and attend Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 12 | Tuesday, 19 May 2026 | Rishikesh ➝ Gwalior

After breakfast, check out and proceed back to Gwalior, concluding your Char Dham Yatra with divine blessings and memorable experiences.

Cancellation Policies: -

1. If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the check in date 85% Refund. ( Bank transaction and Convenience fee will be applicable )
2. If cancellation is made within 15-29 days of check in then 75% of total booking.
3. In cancellation is made under 15 days of check inn. No refund
   
4. Group booking cancellation will be checked at the time of booking confirmation.

Lift/Elevator Note:

Guests are kindly requested to inform any specific requirements, such as lift/elevator facilities, at the time of quotation and confirmation, as some hotels especially in hill or remote areas may have limited facilities due to location constraints.

Important Notes for Chardham yatra - 

1.Registration is Mandatory For Chardham Yatra to be done by guest govt. Guidelines

3.     Rates are Valid for 03 Days from the Date of Quotation. Kindly reconfirm the rates before confirmation with Client.

4.     There is no Star Category in Chardham Sector Do not Expect Luxuy in dham Sector

5.     Kindly check respective hotel website for photo and amenities

6.     Chardham Hotel serves only vegetarian food with limited selected menu. Alcohol is not allowed due to religious destination.

7.     A lot of construction is going on in Chardham Sector so kindly cooperate in case any delay in travel time.

8.     Vehicle will work from 07 AM to 07 PM Only.So kindly follow drivers instructions for smooth travelling.

9.  In Kedarnath very basic dharamshala type sharing bed accomodation is provided. Accomodation triple / Quad / Six Share.

10.  In Kerarnath hotel you have to bring your own towel as hotel dont provide house keeping services.

11.  Keadrnath Hotel once booked and confirmed is strictly non refundable as they Non Refundable Policy.

12.  Rooms and rates are Subject to Change at the time of final confirmation.

 Vehicle will not be available after 20:00 hrs in case extra charges are not paid for disposable usage or not mentioned in itinerary. - Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.

 We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

 In Chardham, The facilities of Hotel, -Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Chardham are categorized on the basis of location,

 Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
• No discount will be provided after confirmation.
• No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
•  Refund of against cancellation of hotel as per hotel rules.

No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as acts of God, bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to wh not reach the destination and which is beyond our control. It will be entirely at the risk and cost of the customer. How ever we will try our best to help you.

For applying epass guests should have COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate (double doses) not less than 15 days old or a negative RT-PCR test report or RAT negative report or TRUENAT test not older than 72 hrs. Children below 10 yrs if accompanied by parents/guardians with a vaccination certificate (double dose) or RTPCR / RAT / TRUENET negative reports are exempted.
