Tour Briefing & Luggage: 

  •  A comprehensive tour briefing will be conducted by our team at your hotel in the evening. 
  • Each participant will be provided with a duffel bag to pack essential items, with a weight Limit of 2kg to 5kg. Larger luggage can be stored in the hotel cloakrooms, as carrying big bags or suitcases on the helicopter is not permitted.  


  Useful Tips: 

  • Packing: Travel light, as you'll be flying by helicopter. Essential items include warm clothing, Comfortable footwear, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle. 
  • Altitude Sickness: Be aware of potential altitude sickness, especially at high-altitude Locations like Yamunotri. It's advisable to consult your doctor and carry any necessary medications. 
  • Respect for Nature: Follow local customs and regulations. Please avoid littering and show Respect for the sanctity of the pilgrimage sites. 
  • Photography: Feel free to capture beautiful moments, but kindly observe local guidelines and any restrictions regarding photography.

Meet and Greet For Do Dham Yatra Charter Services: 

Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point for Do Dham Yatra.


Program Summary:


Day 1 :: Dehradun Arrival

Arrival Dehradun Pick and Transfer to Hotel, Relaxation and Refreshment at the Hotel. Briefing for Tour Commencement. Dinner and Overnight stay.


Day 02: Visit To Kedarnath Ji:

On arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, we fly to Sersi Helipad. Then we again fly/continue to Kedarnath from same Helipad. Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. Our representative will accompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan at Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, Overnight Stay Kedarnath Ji.  


- Sahastradhara Helipad to Sersi Helipad.

- Sersi to Kedarnath ji

- Kedarnath ji Darshan. 

- In the Afternoon come back to Guptkashi / Base Town for an Overnight stay.



KEDARNATH DHAM/PHATA ALERT


Please be Informed that Out of 4 Dham, Kedarnath Dham is toughest sector specially for Heli Yatra 


1. Helicopter Changes at this point (Phata - Kedarnath - Phata) 

2. Chartered Heli Go till phata than Guest fly to Kedarnath in Shuttle Service Heli. 

3. There is Huge Rush is Shuttle Due as IRCTC operates this service for all yatris. 

4. Expect long waiting period after reaching Shuttle Helipad 

5. Always carry some snacks / Drinks in case there is waiting period. 

6. If there is Back log, Heli Shuttle First clear backlog, it may increase waiting time. 

7.Weather in Kedarnath ji is most critical point as if affect flying the most We will take utmost consideration for the best possible service   


Day 03: Visit To Badrinath Ji:

  The group is headed towards the Helipad at Sersi. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath ji. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, the group will be Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, the last border village of India with China for sightseeing. In the evening, Passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple & then take dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 04: Departure :

  After the breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, we will see the beautiful overview of the Region, especially the picturesque view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag and Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop to helipad.

Important Note: If government implies a rule that only 4 people can travel in one heli. Then the amount of 6 people will be distributed in 4 people.



Important Guidelines For Passengers:


  • Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter. We encourage using Aviation travel bag. 
  • All temples in Chardham are located at high altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops. 
  • Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft's weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de-boarded & cancelled for the Heli- tour without any refund. 
  • In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered by all the pilgrims for their own as well other safety & health. 
  • Fitness: all pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
  • In these locations the temperature will fall to 10 degree Celsius or less at night. Therefore, pilgrims are advised to carry woolen clothes. 
  • Photography: Still cameras/portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. Please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples. 
  • Communication: Although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL/Jio network service mobile is better in most of the places. 
  • Extra payment policy: If there will be any postponement of flying due to technical issue then the cost of transportation and hotels will be borne by Aviation company. If the postponement is due to VIP MOVEMENTS, NOTAM,WEATHER ISSUE, AIR TRAFFIC CLEARANCE or any other unforeseen Condition then this cost will be borne by guest on direct basis. 
  • If government implies a rule that only 4 people can travel in one heli. Then the amount of 6 people will be distributed in 4 people.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES


COVID protocols must be adhered by the passengers as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding shall be denied to the passengers without refund.


SEATING CAPACITY


The seating capacity of our helicopter is 06 passengers.


HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION


Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 420 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions, and the pilot's call will be final. Hence, passengers are required to provide us with their exact body weights at the time of booking.


OVERWEIGHT CHARGES

Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2500/ kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 70 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible (420 Kg) weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 70 Kg x (No. of pax).


Discrepancy & Exceedance of Weight:


Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. Submitting incorrect weights may lead to passengers being debarred from boarding without any refund. Weight Accuracy is a very sensitive matter for flying any Wrong weight submitted from Guest will not be acceptable and Last Decision Will be of Aviation Company will be considered as final decision.


ARRIVAL DATE


Your arrival date should be one day prior to the flying date


RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING


Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 25% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 45 days before the arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 45 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.


PAYMENT TERMS:


  • We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, and UPI 
  • The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 65% of the total amount 
  • Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour unless full and final payment for the tour has been completed.

If passengers cancel their booking, following cancellation charges will be applicable


More than 45 Days prior to travel date:- 35% of Total Tour Cost Will Be Deducted 

45 to 30 days prior to travel date:- 65% of total tour cost will be deducted

30 Days or less prior to travel dates:- No Refund

No show:- No Refund

After commencement of the tour:- No Refund 


Additional Services: Any additional services and goods other than our inclusions (extras food, beverages, or other services), if required, will be at your own expense


Force majeure & bad weather refund policy:


In case of tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund will be given after deducting charges for the utilized services (Transportation, Hotel, Food & Accommodation, and flight preparation charge of INR 5000 Per Person +GST)


Uncovered Dham Refunds:  In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 15,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.



WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER


Flying in hills is subject to weather condition, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.


BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICIES:


Whether bad weather, technical snags, or any force majeure reason beyond Our control results in the cancellation of the flight or delay, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refunds will be given to clients as per our refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other extra travel expenses done by the passengers shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.


case the tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to above reasons, the tour will be considered as cancelled and refunded as per our refund policies. However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.


  • In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days. 
  • Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability. 
  • In case for 05 straight days flying does not take place, refund as per our policies will be made to the passengers. 
  • In case of passengers get stuck at Kedarnath top due to bad weather or Force Majeure, the accommodation charges at Kedarnath will be borne by the guest directly. 
  • Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis if they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons over and above the 5N/6D period. 
  • Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be done before the commencement of tour.


Indemnity Clause


The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the tour operator, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or in connection with any unfortunate events, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the journey or helicopter ride

  • In the event of such incidents, the NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) holders shall be solely liable for any claims or compensation. The customer acknowledges that the tour operator will not be held responsible for any incidents occurring during the journey or helicopter ride, and the responsibility rests entirely with the NSOP holders and operators. 
  • By booking this tour, the customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the tour and releases the tour operator from any liability arising from unforeseen circumstances during the trip.

DISPUTES


Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ramnagar Jurisdiction.

Booking this tour package, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.  


Terms and Conditions:


  • Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 3 to 5 Kg weight in the Helicopter.
  • Single Person Supplement Rs. 60000 extra and Above Rates 
  • viation travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloakroom. 
  • Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket. 
  • There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens. 
  • Full amount has to be deposited within 40 days ahead of the Journey. 
  • In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.15,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded. 
  • In Case of Rescheduling The Journey From The Customer's Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject to Availability of Seats.. 
  • All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense. 
    There will be minimum 1.5 hour waiting time at helipad before flying waiting may increase depending upon weather condition.
  • Heli operator/Aviation company only reserve the rights to schedule the flight timings and it can be changed depending upon weight/administration orders/weather conditions and any other unforeseen condition. 
  • Customers advised to carry some light snacks/drinks for waiting period 
  • Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable. 
  • The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary. 
  • The Company Has The Right To Change The Itinerary In The Event Of Adverse Weather Condition Or Any Unforeseen Circumstances Which Is Beyond Our Control. 
  • The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay Or Travelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason. 
  • Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2,500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 70 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 70 Kg x (No. of рax). Any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which will be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights. 
  • Operation of flying is solely at the discretions of Heli Operation There are many Factors Involve in Flying Like VIP MOVMENT, NOTAM , BED WEATHER, DGCA, UCADA, so we are just a booking agent. so Company Will Not be Responsible For Any Changes In the Itinerary Due To Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons. 
  • Suggest the guest to book a Corporate Ticket as its cancellation charges are less. Because Sometimes the Guest has to stay for 1 or 2 Days Extra due to Weather Condition 
  • The briefing will be held in Dehradun one day before the flying, the timing of which will be between 7 pm to 11 pm 


COMMON FAQ/TERMS & CONDITIONS


Question 1- I am arriving tomorrow, who will pick me up from Airport / Railway station, who will be concerned person?

Answer-  You are already added in a group, our team will share Vehicle and driver details in Group before your arrival.

Question 2-My Pick and transfer from Airport and in all places will be exclusive or Shared? 

Answers-  It Depends on Arrival on Same time, It might be exclusive or shared as per arrival time and number of passengers. However as per package transfers are booked on sharing basis. 

Question 3- I Got voucher of particular specific hotel by my agent; will I get exact same hotel in all Places? Is there any possibility that my hotel might change? 

Answer - During Confirmation we have mentioned Hotel Name or Similar Category Hotel. It is 99% Chance for same hotel in Dehradun. Regarding Hotel in Kharsali / Harshil/ Phata / Badrinath there are many factors of hotel change due to disruption in flying due to weather, Technical Failure in Helicopter, Backlog, etc In such cases similar Category hotel will be provided also there is possibility a single group may get room in different hotel. 

Question 4-I am In Dehradun hotel and scheduled to fly tomorrow, but I don't have any information regarding my flying time. Whom Should I Contact?

Answer-  Biefing for Do's and Don'ts of Flying will be done in your staying hotel by our team between 6 PM to 10 PМ. Estimated time will be informed in group.

Question 5 - What are the Briefing Points? Is it important to attend briefing with full concentration and complete presence of mind?

Answer-  Short Review of Itinerary, Weight measurement, Collection of Excess Weight payment, how to carefully Enter and Exit Helicopter and few other important briefings will be provided.

Question 6 - What are Helicopter weight limitations, what maximum weight Heli can take? 

Answer -  The helicopter has a maximum weight capacity of 450 kg, excluding baggage weight. Passenger boarding depends on load and temperature conditions, with the pilot's decision being final. The total weight of all passengers on board must not exceed this limit. Therefore, passengers are requested to provide their exact weights at the time of booking

Question 7- How much baggage weight can I carry with during my Heli Char Dham Yatra?

Answer -  A maximum of 3Kg to 5 Kg baggage Weight per person is allowed to carry. The Luggage need to be carried in Duffle Bag provided by us during Briefing. The allowance for baggage weight is based on the total body weight of the group. If the combined bodyweight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, and this cost will be shared among all passengers in that chopper. Due to the constrained weight capacity of our helicopters, we retain the right to rearrange passengers among helicopters to ensure the optimal weight for safe flying in mountainous terrain. Consequently, passengers traveling together may not necessarily be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.

Question 8- I have given approximate weight at the time of booking, but now my weight is exceeding on spot, How does it matter and do I need to worry?

Answer -  his is a serious matter. Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft's weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled them and without any refund. Weight taken at Heli Pad will be considered final.

Question 9 - For Example -We are family of 6-10 person and want to travel all together in same Heli or in  next flight back-to-back. 

Answer-  Maximum Person limit per Heli is 6 person, so if more than 6 person it will be divided in 2 heli or 3 heli flight. Also Altogether flying is not guaranteed guest will fly according to weight management like 02 + 06, 04+ 04, 06 + 01 + 01 or 05 + 02+ 01. It is sold discretion of Heli Operator and can be changed even last moment. Expected time of flying between 2 Heli can be 30 mins to 4 hours depending upon weather or other factors

Question 10 - During Briefing I have given time of 6 Am, I am at Helipad now, now its 10 Am, Still I am waiting what should I do? 

Answer -  As after reaching Helipad, minimum waiting time is 2 Hours but due to uncontrollable situation it may take more time. It is also possible that you will fly on next day also. Our team will be there they will update you. 

Question 11 - In case any delay in heli Flying or shifting to next day, who will bear the charges of hotel and other expenses like Extra lunch etc? 

Answer -  As non-flying due to technical issue or Weather issue is out of control. Hotel extension charge etc will be borne by the passenger.

Question 12-BAD WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER

Answer -  Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances .Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations. 

Question 13 - Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds - Basis of Refund 

Answer -  In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 20,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.
