Day 1: 13-Oct-2026 // Gwalior to Udaipur (Train Journey Begins)
Students will assemble at Gwalior Railway Station at least 1 hour prior to departure (around 14:15 PM) for smooth coordination and boarding procedures. The group will board the train at 15:22 PM in a comfortable 3rd AC coach for their journey to Udaipur. Teachers and tour coordinators will manage attendance, seating arrangements, and provide necessary travel briefing before departure. Evening Snacks & Dinner will be arranged and served during the train journey. Overnight stay will be in the train.
Day 2:14-Oct-2026 // Arrival in Udaipur | Rest & Sightseeing
Upon arrival in Udaipur at around 07:00 AM, students will be transferred via a private traveller bus / AC coach to the hotel. Students will rest, freshen up, and have breakfast at the hotel. Check In to hotel and relax for some time. Post relaxation, the group will proceed for sightseeing covering Saheliyon Ki Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake, and Jagdish Temple. Lunch will be arranged during the day. After sightseeing, students will return to the hotel to relax. Dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 3:15-Oct-2026 // Udaipur to Chittorgarh (Excursion)
After breakfast, students will depart for Chittorgarh via private traveller/AC coach (approx. 2–3 hours). Upon arrival, they will explore the historic Chittorgarh Fort, learning about Rajput bravery, architecture, and history. Key attractions include Vijay Stambh, Kirti Stambh, and palace ruins. Lunch will be arranged during the excursion. After sightseeing, the group will return to Udaipur by evening. Enjoy DJ With Dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.
Day 4: Udaipur Full-Day Sightseeing | Departure
After breakfast, students will proceed for a full day of educational sightseeing. They will visit the magnificent City Palace Udaipur to understand Rajput architecture and heritage, followed by Bagore Ki Haveli. After lunch, City Palace students may explore nearby local markets for experiential learning. Later, the group will proceed to the railway Station, Dinner on the way to station via private vehicle. and students will board the train at 21:50 PM in 3rd AC coach for their return journey to Gwalior. Overnight journey in train.
Day 6: Arrival in Gwalior
Students will arrive at Gwalior Railway Station at around 12:30 PM. Breakfast will be served in the train by the tour team. Upon arrival, final headcount and coordination will be conducted before safe dispersal of students, marking the successful conclusion of the educational tour.
