At Godinga, we ensure that our Volunteer Team is well-supported during every event to maintain smooth operations and high service standards.


If the client includes meals for our volunteers in the event arrangements, no additional charges for volunteer food will be added to the quotation.

However, if meals are not included for our volunteers, the cost of their food will be considered an additional expense and will be borne by the client accordingly.

This policy is applicable to all events managed by Godinga.


Our goal is complete transparency and smooth coordination, ensuring every event runs efficiently without last-minute confusion.
