Srisailam – Home of Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga

Srisailam is one of India’s most sacred pilgrimage destinations, nestled in the scenic Nallamala Hills along the banks of the Krishna River. It is home to the revered Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, and also a Shakti Peetha dedicated to Goddess Bhramaramba. This makes Srisailam a rare and powerful spiritual center for both Shaivite and Shakti devotees. Surrounded by dense forests, hills, and the impressive Srisailam Dam, the town offers a peaceful and divine atmosphere away from city life. Itinerary:

Day 01 – 03 March | Arrival in Hyderabad

Arrive at Hyderabad Airport at 20:50 hrs. After completing arrival formalities, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Hyderabad, known as the City of Pearls, beautifully blends royal heritage with modern charm. Check in and relax after your journey. Overnight stay in Hyderabad.

Day 02 – 04 March | Hyderabad to Srisailam | Divine Darshan

After an early breakfast, drive to Srisailam (approx. 4–5 hours), a revered pilgrimage town nestled in the lush Nallamala forest ranges along the Krishna River. The journey itself is scenic, passing through winding ghat roads and dense forest landscapes.

Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and proceed to visit the sacred Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and also a Shakti Peetha dedicated to Goddess Bhramaramba. Spend time in दर्शन and soak in the powerful spiritual atmosphere of this ancient temple complex. Later, you may explore the surroundings or enjoy peaceful views of the Srisailam Dam area. Overnight stay in Srisailam.

Day 03 – 05 March | Srisailam to Hyderabad | Heritage Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive back to Hyderabad (approx. 4–5 hours). On arrival, begin local sightseeing of the city’s iconic landmarks.

Visit the magnificent Charminar, the historic symbol of Hyderabad, located amidst bustling local bazaars famous for bangles and pearls. Continue to the world-renowned Salar Jung Museum, home to one of the largest one-man art collections in the world, featuring rare sculptures, manuscripts, paintings, and antiques from across continents. Later, visit the serene Birla Mandir, a beautiful white marble temple dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, situated on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the city and Hussain Sagar Lake.

After sightseeing, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Hyderabad.

Day 04 – 06 March | Ramoji Film City Excursion | Lights, Camera, Action!

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Ramoji Film City, recognized as the world’s largest integrated film studio complex. Spread over thousands of acres, it offers a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at film production.

Enjoy guided tours of film sets, themed gardens, live stunt shows, entertainment zones, and fun attractions. From grand palaces to airport sets, the experience is entertaining for all age groups and gives a glimpse into the magic of cinema. Return to Hyderabad in the evening. Overnight stay in Hyderabad.

Day 05 – 07 March | Departure from Hyderabad

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Hyderabad Airport for your onward flight at 10:30 hrs. Depart with divine blessings from Srisailam and wonderful memories of Hyderabad’s culture, history, and entertainment.

•  All the clients traveling on a Holiday tour must be in possession of a valid  visa.  However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting  all  relevant  documents  and  the  Company  will  not  be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all  liable  for  such  cases  or  has  any influence on the consulate/embassy's decision The role of the company is only to  provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview.
