1. Proof of Present Address (Any Two):
- Aadhaar Card (Most preferred)
- Valid Water / Electricity / Gas connection bill
- Active Bank Passbook (with photo attested)
- Voter ID Card (EPIC)
2. Proof of Date of Birth (Any ONE):
- Birth Certificate
- Aadhaar Card (with complete Date of Birth shown)
- PAN Card
- School Leaving Certificate / 10th Standard Marksheet
3. For Non-ECR Category
(Optional but recommended for educated applicants) :
- 10th Standard or higher educational passing certificate.
4. If it is a Re-issue/Renewal:
- Old original passport booklet.

Old Passport Booklet (Only applicable if applying for a Re-issue/Renewal)
Additional Important Tatkal Rules:
No Name Changes: Tatkal cannot be processed if there is a major change in your name compared to previous records.
Details Match: Names, spellings, and dates must match 100% identically across all 3 selected documents, or the application will be pushed to the normal category at the center.
