Vehicle Usage -

- Any usage of the transport services between 21.00 Hrs to 07.00 Hrs would attract an additional Driver's Bata (each time) which can be settled directly with the Driver on a daily basis
- They are not provided for repeat services or disposal for personal activities, such as market visits, shopping, dinner, etc.
- Vehicles will change during the tour, hence guests are advised to not leave behind any belonging in the car
- Detour/tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural/manmade disturbances like landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train/flight delays etc. The cost arising due to such factors will be billed additionally, which is payable directly to the driver.

- Non A/C rooms are normally provided in cool or hilly areas.
- Due to their climatic conditions, Munnar and Thekkady in Kerala do not have AC rooms.

However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the Company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy's decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients.
