Day to Day Itinerary:-
Day 1-Arrival At Guwahati Airport:-
On arrival at Guwahati Airport, you will be meeting with our representative. Transfer to Hotel Check In and relax. In evening get ready fo Darshan of Famous Kamakhya Devi Temple or explore some local pointes of Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 2-Guwahati to Shillong, Shillong local sightseeing:-
In the morning after breakfast, Get transferred towards Shillong which is 103 kms. Approx from Guwahati. Apart from natural beauty, this destination acts as a gateway of Meghalaya. Shillong is famous for its tallest waterfalls, heavy rainfalls, beautiful landscapes and caves. Arrive in Shillong and check in at the hotel, then get ready for sightseeing in Shillong as per your own-, Lady Hydary Park (Monday close)- it was named after the first lady of the state and wife of Governor of Assam, the park is built in a Japanese Style Garden. St. Mary’s Cathedral, Shillong Peak which happens to be the highest peak of the state, one can also catch a glimpse of panoramic views of the city through this peak,Elephant Falls etc. . In the evening return back to the hotel and spend your day at leisure. Have an overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 3-Shillong Local:-
Have breakfast in hotel and explore again the rest point of city like Umiam Lake, located 17 kms away from the city, is a scenic place you must visit when you are in Shillong. The calmness of the waters and the vastness of the lake is sure to leave you in awe upon your arrival. Adventure sports like Kayaking and water skiing can be opted for. Ward’s lake- The lake is made in the shape of a horse shoe and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. A wooden bridge in the middle of the lake makes the place look splendid. Don Bosco Museum in Shillong is a storehouse of traditions and culture. Each floor in the seven storied, hexagonal shaped museum represents the seven sister states of the North East. evening enjoy at local market of Police bazar. Relax and overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 4- Living Root Village & Mawlynong-Cleanest Village of Asia And Dawki Riv:-
In the morning after breakfast Living Root Bridge- Meghalaya’s most famous root bridge, the "double-decker" root bridge, can be found in the vicinity of one of the wettest places on earth -- Cherrapunji (also known as Sohra). There are 11 functional root bridges in this area, situated about two and a half hours drive from Shillong. after this proceed towards Mawlynnong Village- one of the cleanest villages of Asia. It is also known as “God’s own Garden”. It was awarded as the Asia’s Cleanest Village in 2003. And Visit Dawki river The Umngot River, also known as the Dawki River and Wah Umngot, is a river which flows through Dawki, a little town located at the bottom of the Jaintia Hills in West Jaintia Hills district. This river of crystal clear water in a lush environment is a popular place for boating & kayaking. In the evening return back to the hotel and spend your day at leisure. Have an overnight stay at Shillong hotel.
Day 5- Shillong-Cheranpunji:-
After the breakfast proceed to Cherapunji. It takes 02 hours to reach there. Enroute you can visit NONKALIKHAI FALLS Visit Nonkalikhai Falls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India with a height of 350 metres. The tall waterfall, falling straight from a cliff, without a break is a fantastic sight to look at. From outside the entry gate. MAWSMAI CAVES s a well lit cave located at a distance of 6 kms from Cherrapunjee. You can walk upto 150 metres inside the cave and the rest of the cave is not open for visitors to enter. Night stay in Cherranpunji.
Day 6-DOUBLE DECKER ROOT BRIDGE// or else free day at leisure:-
Have breakfast and get ready for the 2 hour downward hike is going to be a very scenic as well as adventurous one. You’d be crossing many suspension bridges and root bridges along the forest trail. The Double Decker root bridge would be the highlight of your trip to Meghalaya and is without a doubt one of the 5 Reasons to Visit Shillong. Sit by the Double Decker root bridge and soak in the raw beauty of nature; this place will exceed your expectations in all possible means. Overnight stay in Cherranpunji.
Day 7- Departure:-
Check Out from Hotel and Transfer Shillong Airport for back to home.

However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the Company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy's decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold company liable for the same.
