Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale 

• Advance Booking amount is non-refundable and cancellation as per time period extra.  

• Per person rates (in Rs.) - applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room

• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal).

• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• The package cannot be combined with any other offer.

• Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and Godinga Holidays Pvt Ltd..

• The above package is not valid during national holidays, public holidays, festivals, trade fairs, exhibitions, and long weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking if applicable.

• Godinga Holidays Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its discretion and without any prior notice.

• In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

• Airline seats & hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Rates are subject to change in case of change in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, Government taxes or entrance fees.

• Meals and services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included.

• The usual check-in time at hotels is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1100 Hours. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms.

• The above prices are calculated based on the lowest available airfare. Prices are subject to change due to non-availability of seats in the required class (If Airfare applicable).

• The package does not include guide services where not mentioned; same can be availed at an additional cost.

• Entrance charges anywhere are not included.

• Rates applicable for Indian Nationals only. Non-Indian Nationals may avail the same package after inquiring about the applicable rate. 

Taxi Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

·        Bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our official website.

·        A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

·        Remaining payment must be made before the trip begins unless prior credit terms are approved.

·        Accepted payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or card.

2. Vehicle Usage & Duty Hours

·        The vehicle is provided strictly for the purpose and itinerary agreed at the time of booking.

·        Time and kilometer calculations are done from garage to garage.

·        Any extension in duration or route will incur additional charges.

·        Minimum billing:

·          - Hatch Back / Sedan : 250 km/day

·          - SUV / MUV Vehicle others : 300 km/day

·          - Duty hours: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM

3. Extra Charges

·        Extra Kilometer: ₹_____ per km

·        Extra Hour: ₹_____ per hour

·        Driver Night Allowance: ₹300/- per night (Applicable after 08:00 PM)

·        Parking, toll tax, and state entry tax are chargeable on actual unless included in the package.

4. Vehicle Condition & Maintenance

·        All vehicles are fully inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each trip.

·        The client must inspect the vehicle before start of the journey.

·        AC usage in hilly areas is at the driver's discretion for safety.

·        No smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

·        Any damage to vehicle caused by negligence or misuse will be chargeable to the client.

·        The client is responsible for the safety of their belongings.

·        Overloading the vehicle beyond seating capacity is strictly prohibited.

6. Self-Drive Rentals (If Applicable)

·        Valid Driving License, Aadhaar, and PAN must be submitted.

·        A refundable security deposit of ₹_____ is required.

·        Fuel, toll, parking, challans, and damages (if any) to be borne by the client.

·        Late return beyond grace period will be charged ₹_____ per hour.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

·        Cancellation more than 48 hrs before travel: Full refund

·        Cancellation 24–48 hrs before travel: 50% refund

·        Cancellation less than 24 hrs or no-show: No refund

·        Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Service Limitations

·        We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, political issues, or road conditions.

·        In case of vehicle breakdown, we will try to arrange an alternate vehicle as early as possible.

·        Driver has the right to refuse unsafe or illegal requests.

9 Luggage Policy

HATCHBACK has space for 1 Luggage Bag. However depending on the number of passengers, luggage can be adjusted in seating area with driver consent.

SUV has space for 2 Luggage Bags. However depending on the number of passengers, luggage can be adjusted in seating area with driver consent.

10 Local Travel

Cab should only be taken to places within the serviceable city. Else driver has the right to deny.

Trip Duration Post the package inclusions, extra Km and extra hour charges will apply as mentioned. Parking charges, if applicable, should be paid to the driver directly.
